The Diploma in Human Resources Management in the Department of Administrative Technology is designed in accordance with the needs of the local labor market. The training takes place in four divided mid-term training semesters. The duration of each training semester is eight training weeks, with a total of (1632) hours of training, in addition to (490) hours of practical training in... Labor market, no more than (78) credit hours.

 

Training is provided in this program on specialized skills in: job analysis, human resources planning, recruitment and selection, performance management, human resources training and development, management of wages and compensation systems, civil service administration, English terms in human resources management, computer applications in resource management. Humanity, selected topics, in addition to general skills in Islamic culture, Arabic language, English language, mathematics, computer applications, vocational guidance, excellence and career behavior.

 

The graduate of this program is awarded an intermediate university degree in human resources management from the Department of Administrative Technology and is expected to work in the following fields: recruitment coordinator, human resources specialist, customer relations supervisor, personnel affairs specialist, training specialist, classification and employment specialist, payroll auditor, Personnel Affairs Controller, Payroll Officer, Assistant Human Resources Manager.
